      I was been in this company For 2 Year, It no sense to join the company like this, worst Hr, no one has responsibility to look after the employee Benefit, they will not pickup the any call, Worst Experience in My life, spoil your carrier. Notice Period is a worst, You cannot Leave Company even if u r in though situation or emergency, if you are dying then also they will ask for 2 month notice Period  or Two month salary for quick exit It will be your lifetime Mistake if u join 3I CSL LTD

      Pros

      An average Company if you are Zero experienced. Feel good to be a one-eyed king among blind deaf and insane. Occasional foreign travels (if you are the slave), post some Instagram pics and save some Per day allowance dollars, if you can make some fake taxi bills and sleep on an empty stomach. You will learn to survive in very toxic Infrastructure and get the village market nostalgia.

      Cons

      It's all Cons here. Pathetic Infrastructure and not even basic needs met. Poor learning.Age old products and services. Employees least skilled in terms of technical, business or project mgmt. Politics that can even upset Shakuni in Mahabharath. Favourism to skin color and looks, caste, relegion and region. Can't believe it is an MNC. No proper process. Poor increments and bonus. No learning to carry forward. Poor souls trapped inside checking their naukri profiles in office hours daily.
