      Pros

      Access to CEO's and high management people. Tend to get your more opportunities at higher level which increase possibility of growing faster than other bigger companies as competition is less here with minimum people and due to that you get to learn also many things faster than other companies

      Cons

      Due to small company, less number of projects or say limited projects. Here you don't see people sitting on bench as they hire resources only when there is a project demand. So we kind of stuck in one project till the project is there after that hard to get another good project of your choice. Salary issues as it's a small company so you don't get salary on 1st of every month like other companies. No onsit opportunity here.
