      It's a good company. It's growing. We have very good solutions in Data, Cloud and Cybersecurity. More importantly, in the US we have good Sales and Delivery leaders. Getting exposure to various nuisances of recruiting, employee retainment are some of the things I am getting exposed to. In my previous role at Deloitte, I got things made ready for me.

      Cons

      Base salary is low and incentives need to be added. Marketing needs to be done aggressively. Currently, we are working based on word of mouth.
