      Pros

      3i is a very good company to work. They do payroll placement training more systematic manner. They are always available to discuss and clarify things. They never hesitate to discuss with clients. As an employee I never had to remind them many times for the same thing. 3i HR team takes care of all queries and concern with minimum time.

      Cons

      Would love to have a health care coverage with little more lesser premium and more coverage. Hope that will be taken care soon. It would be good if we do have more frequent face to face meeting opportunities with high level stake holders of the company.
