      Pros

      The management trains in such a way that one gives his best in a very short period of time. For Instance:- 6 months Experienced guy of 4 CI is equal to 1 year or more of any other Consulting Company.

      Cons

      Extending working hours on a daily basis which i never did. Working on the weekends which again i never did. The submission process is too disgusting. The upper management works like they are too high on something/ intoxicated. Else there's a very new challenge every next day!

      Pros

      Just okay to learn the basics of recruitment, in case if you become successful, that would be good or else they will create so much pressure on you that you will resign! It's a good organisation to learn and grow, though some politics is there! but overall

      HR Policies Missing Leaves issue The atmosphere is okay as you will sometimes feel as if you are not in some corporate but on some roadside stall Not sure if this is still going the same way
