Nice place to learn recruiting. They provide equal opportunities to freshers. Supportive and friendly environment.

Cons

Leave policy is very stringent and rigid. You struggle a lot to get your own leaves. Even if you get leaves they deduct the salary.

Pros

This is a great company to work with. Very competitive pay and they also provide relocation assistance. You will learn a lot in short amount of time. They have tier 1 vendorship with most of their clients. It helps to find new projects in short time.

Cons

They do not provide any training. It would help if they can provide some training in QA, Java or .NET skills.
