They don’t put you in to the new project once you complete a contract with client

Gives salary on time with a few exceptions. Good incentive structure as compare to their competition. Not the best in the industry though and only 10% of the employees makes incentive.

Cons

No corporate structure whatsoever. No process in place when it comes to joining the company, leaving the company, taking leaves, taking comp offs, taking half day leaves. Average login time for anyone in the company at least 11 hours a day and for seniors bare minimum 12 hours a day. Don't get surprised if you're working 6 or sometimes 7 days a week here because that happens very often. Pathetically poor operations management. Management never appreciate their employees. No birthday wishes ever. No celebrations (They do a group dinner once an year and ask all the employees to go back to office and finish the rest of their shift) Limited exposure of direct clients since they have handful of clients (6-7) out of which majority of them are MSP based.
