Poor upper management, horrible work environment, awful hours. Working at 4 Corner Resources was the biggest mistake of my life. The CEO is a horrible person and does not care for his employees. Please do not make the same mistake as I did! BEWARE

Pros

4CR is a great place to get your foot in the door with recruiting/hr/staffing. You quickly advance, get skills needed for future career opportunities, and have support from leadership. Once you hit over a certain spread amount you have the opportunity to earn free additional PTO days which is a huge plus.

Cons

Some days can be tough but that's staffing in general, you've got to understand in this role that some weeks are going to be valleys and some others will be peaks.
