Pros
It's hard to find steady work in our industry so having a steady guaranteed 40 hours a week job with benefits is very comforting. Plenty of overtime if desired, Management is very understanding when life happens, fun company events from time to time, you are given the opportunity to advance, learn, get certifications, and grow.
Cons
The pay is not that great but pretty standard for warehouse positions. As the company continues to grow, It'd be nice for our wages to keep up with our industry standards at least. You'll melt in summer and freeze in winter.
