Pros

Great place to work, great installations, Very nice people, goods opportunities to grow professionalism, great opportunities to develop your knowledge

Cons

the offices are to far, and by consequence takes a lot of time to arrive there and return to the city. if you don't have your own vehicle it takes more time to arrive to the offices

Pros

- Great salary in Mexico - If you have to work onsite the allowances are great. - Great benefits if you are on US payroll ( 17 vacation days, 11 holidays) - Vision, Healthcare and Dental insurance no cost at all for the employee.

Cons

- Upper-management is really unprofessional in order to get thing done you have to be friends with them - In Mexico you have to work 50 hours per week. - Salary in US is super low around 60,000 USD ( 50 to 65k)
