      - Great employee discount on all products - Positive team environment - Preferred pick for employees for promotion/new positions

      Cons

      - Pay is on the lower end for all positions - Only 4-5 employees per store leaves you feeling shorthanded - Consistent product merchandising

      Pros

      -Employee discount is very generous. -Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years days off. -Salary wages have finally increased.

      Cons

      -The buy team does a horrible job at choosing what items should be brought into the stores. -A few of the HR team members show a bit more favor towards certain leaders than others. -The operations team needs to look at figuring out better communication/timeline in getting information out to teams for tasks that need to take place. -Even if you are a top performing leader, the company will still overlook you and not give you a shot to move up with the company. -Lack of integrity surrounding metrics and no follow up actions for stores/leaders who continue to do so.

      The store I worked at did not have any real cons I can think of, enjoyed my time there.
