Small organization; truly a family-oriented organization; supportive atmosphere from the President/CEO down through the entire organization; opportunities for advancement good; benefits package is generous; work-life balance the best I've experienced in 30+ years of working
Cons
Communication and follow-up of some leadership is not strong; if you work remotely or on client site, you are often "left out of the loop" on company events and news; you can be overlooked for opportunities if you do not have a constant physical presence at HQ; compensation is not competitive enough for some positions in this market
