1) BENEFITS - since joining in 2024, the benefits have been significantly reduced. As of 2025, the company did not pay out bonuses, denied annual merit increases, and took away their entire 401k match for ALL employees. In addition, if your spouse is employed and has access to their own health insurance, they can no longer be on yours. 2) Lack of direction and communication from CEO - I used to call him the “mystery man” because he has never once been seen in the office. It would be great if he was more involved with the company who pays him a multi-million dollar salary 3) military mentality - multiple departments are run with a militant mindset which can be VERY challenging and unproductive. 4) Required training that has nothing to do with your job!!!! Stop with the retailer initiative BS. If I’m in IT, M&A, or Real Estate, I should be required to take multiple courses on this. 4) lack of bandwidth - your consistently pulled in a million directions and have to collaborate with various departments. This becomes a challenge when there’s a lack of communication or alignment
