Pros

Company vehicle(you have to pay for it though)

Cons

Unrealistic expectations No work/life balance No support to the field from Store Support Center You're never truly off(if so you will fall behind on the huge workload you're expected to maintain) Managing a store for 6-12 months as part of your training(expect to run an old, run down store where you will work MANY hours EVERYDAY of the week with little to no guidance or support)
