Pros

Great customers, select your hours of work

Cons

Pay for the amount of time required to be successful, phone calls and text from your staff at all hours, even when your supposed to be sleeping to be fresh for the next day. Call outs from staff at the last minute and yes you will have to get out of bed and go in to cover the shift plus work your other assigned shift unless you have coverage, which most times you won’t. Safety issues at certain locations with only one or two staff for overnight shifts. You will get held up, but just give in and do not try to protect the company assets. Your safety is more important. Be prepared to work 55-70 hrs a week to keep up with paperwork and run a successful corporate store to meet your expectations.
