Pros

Depending on the day, customers can make you happy. Free Slurpees

Cons

Raises are laughable. $0.10 a year? In BC with minimum wage going up, no one in any store got a raise at all. "Flexible hours" AKA You get called in on your days off, and your day off requests are denied. You are constantly accused by upper management of stealing. Because "90% of theft is committed by staff" Putting the time in to help as much as possible doesn't get you anything except a bigger workload. Upper Management decided to not give Vacation Payouts without any warning to the staff. To customers, you are an obstacle to what they want to buy, and they won't hesitate to tell you.
