Pros

Competitive wages. Decent support for your projects. Stress level drops during the holidays allowing for more individual attention to your responsibilities.

Cons

The company is full of silos. Politics are a roadblock often. Conflicts with franchisees and corporate office are common. Need to play diplomat to keep the peace. Much cronyism between powerful multi store owners and market managers. Single store owners get leftovers if there are any. Dallas HQ thinks they know the inner dealings of various divisions but there is more they don't know than they realize.

Pros

Free slurpees for the employees, no need to overtime while just working as a sales associate. There are some tedious jobs cleaning around the store, otherwise pretty easygoing work.

Cons

Constant store cleaning due to customer's passing through quite frequently. Although this really also depends on the time of day it is, as the late afternoon is probably the busiest time.
