Pros

Bonus opportunities, always looking to improve .Provides variety and job stability. World wide organization. Decent training and development. Recruitment from both inside and outside the company. In Edmonton, 8-12 stores approximately to each Field Consultant resulting in an effective and useful relationship. Ethical leadership principles in use. Adapting to new markets and looking to become a food destination.

Cons

Occasionally a lot of unpaid overtime until your stores infrastructure is settled . 24/7 operation so you are always on call. New store leaders from outside the company are often shocked at how much research and paperwork can be involved. Commute time can be irritating. Mix of full time and part time staff can result in understaffed or overstuffed scenarios.
