Pros

I worked at 2 locations for 2 years and I've seen more Cons....No Pros

Cons

Indian Franchisees I worked for paid me $10 / hour ... later I was paid $13 but pay would be same during public holidays, Weekends as well... My bosses ripped me off.. When someone fills their fuel tank and drive off, the employee on duty pays the penalty to the Store owners ... 'Pay cuts' are common at fuel stations
