Pros

Provides enough income for ramen noodles Excellent place to learn how bad some employers will treat you. Bonding with coworkers over your mutual frustration.

Cons

You will be run off your feet. You will be talked down to, treated as though you bring nothing to the company. Reminded on a regular basis that if you don't like the "company policy" then you can leave and will be replaced immediately. However given that they prefer to limit their payroll, they probably won't replace you and instead your coworkers will be overworked even more.
