Pros

* Company car * Flexible schedule * Some very down-to-earth and enjoyable coworkers * A paycheck

Cons

* Politicking--difficult to trust "the team" when "the team" is only focused on getting ahead * Mindless work--not a good fit for those hoping to use their mind * Horrible communication * Disorder (company is rapidly growing)--though this also creates opportunities for career progression * Changing job descriptions, including the potential for being forced to relocate for a month or more

Pros

I gained Cashier Experience, and now have a better understanding of how retail and more specifically convenience stores work

Cons

The wages are too low, and the hours are terrible. I had a difficult time getting sick time off even when I had lost my voice due to a flu. I also couldn't get time off when my truck broke down due to extreme winter conditions.
