- good for beginners - good for filling your job experience

Cons

- no freedom - tedious tasks keeps adding up and getting more meaningless - you work alone most of the time - your unprofessional coworkers from the previous shift might left their work to add up to your workload - if you get more sales that month, you'll get incentives (bonuses) - deranged sleeping patterns
