      1) Salary is stable 2) Training is provided 3) Not strict (Please think twice if you are interested to join this company)

      Cons

      1) Salary offered is low 2) Working environment is bad (e.g. noisy, no renovation and not comfortable) 3) Hr is not strict 4) The manager is not strict in controlling their staffs and giving too much freedom to them.

      Pros

      Flexible work environment and You have to look after whole operations. Lot of things to learn about business and systems. learn how to do lot of work in limited time especially organizing skill.

      Cons

      Minimum wage and less salary. Poor management strategy of store managers. Lot of tension on loss prevention especially on night. No career planning strategy. No time to complete computer training

      Pros

      Seeing employees take pride in their jobs when you take the time to train them all individually. Leading by example is the key to running a successful store! There are so many ways we can boost employee moral. That means not sitting on our butts all day in the back office. What do you think we have our Assistants for? Lol.

      Cons

      Lack of good company reputation due to poor leadership in more stores than I care to know about.
