Pros

Nothing, other than free unwanted field consultant, who has nothing better to do than to come to the store drunk on weekends and act like he owns the store.

Cons

All you can think of!! DO NOT buy this frachise, you are buying a 24 hours on call job with minimum wage. They will tell you you can buy couple of store and earn good money, which is a false advertisement. My 8 years was wasted here.

Pros

They are willing to pay whatever it takes to get whomever they need. If you have a high tolerance for nonsense this is a good place.

Cons

The company needs to decide if they are an IT company or a retail company. The company is Top heavy and often has competing interests that causes a waste of time and money. Work long hours on weekdays and will need to work weekends to stay on top of everything. The leadership principles are used more as weapons and less as positive reinforcement.
