Pros

Flexibility in your schedule and you get a gas card

Cons

Direction changes every day Stores not clean and no accountability If you try to hold the franchise accountable they just have you replaced and continue the behavior Very clickish You have to pay for the car they give you to drive The real job is resetting everything for the franchise and putting in cases to have things fix out side of that they have no need for you

Work Life Balance

Pros

High moral to achieve daily job responsibilities from team and management. Company cares to have all equipment needed to function. Work load is manageable. Perfect for entry level accounting field.

Cons

Depending on the department you're in. Pre-covid: Work Life Balance was good, 9-5 Work life. Covid: Working from home hours became extremely long. Management expect daily 10-12 hours. Month-end is reasonable however that was day-to-day.
