Pros

If the manager likes you, you will move up quickly

Cons

They hire out at minimum wage and want you to be cook, housekeeper, dishwasher, upsell, order, etc. If you get a raise it is about .13.If someone doesn't want you to move up you won't no matter how good a worker you are. I was harassed for over a year by 1 manager and even have a case against him and corporate has never once contacted me.I was so depressed, I cried uncontrollably all the time. The only reason I stayed was because we needed the Health Benefits.I even told him that (manager) I was the only one left that worked there when he came. All the other workers quit or walked out. He told me a few times that he wanted all of us gone and all new help.He got his old assistant in there and she was just as bad.I call it the seat shop of the US.All they do is buy places and sell them. No future here, besides they don't care about there workers at all.Just the money that they are making.Worst place to work!I was being trained to be an assistant when the store sold and I had to transfer again and the manager that was there was awesome and then he got a promotion so that is when they transferred the manager from he--. I told him I was being trained for assistant and he told me right out that he did not want me to be his assistant. He wanted his old assistant(who was young, pretty and wore low cut shirts)So he finally got her to transfer. There is so much more to this story but don't feel like going through all this again.I have excellent references from prior jobs because I have always taken pride in doing a good job and got treated like scum. I am 58 years old and did not deserve to be treated like this.

Pros

Flexible schedule with the ability to work either independently or with a team. Competitive salary and a worldwide organization for maximum advancement potential.

Cons

Many tasks to juggle at one time. Everything tends to be a top priority. Initiatives are started then not followed through on or change midstream. Centralization has actually led to a decline in essential communication to the field.
