Cons
Flexible Hours, prepare to fight for them. The work, while simple, is mind-numbing. Poor management, but it was not always this way. English is a second or third language for both fellow workers as well as management, this leads to customer-facing issues and unnecessary arguments. Middling pay, but what can you really expect? Not many opportunities for growth, cultural nepotism abound. One or two fellows will get their 40 hours, the rest can hope for the best. Regional management has a poor understanding of the day-to-day operations of locations (one size fits all approach, and that simply doesn't fit with the nature of the business model.)
