Pros

None. Stress is too high

Cons

High stress, high pay to keep you stuck there. My Area Leader, Ryan Ferschweiler actively tried to fire me before I even started to hire his friend. He never liked me and actively worked against me to get me to quit. The only time he was friendly and actually helpful was when we got another store back to corporate and he realized he needed me. Management lies constantly and does not have your best interest at heart and will not work with you to train you. Management specifically said there is not such thing as work/life balance.
