      Pros

      All positions within the company are generally underpaid. Management is loose at best and overall unqualified to lead. Really no Pros to speak of.

      Cons

      Lack of qualification within upper management. Rash decisions, direction changes each month. 'Make the month' mentality. Dishonestly within middle management is a regular.

      it is a great starting spot for experience out of high school or college.

      Cons

      underpaid. severely. Starting Pay is not a livable wage. the bonus structure is weak and has no incentive once level 4 is reached.

      Pros

      I enjoyed the people in store I worked with. That would be about the only pro I can think of.

      Cons

      Pay is very low. The hours are too long for any home and work balance. Management only know what they see on paper. They lack any human relationships and only look after themselves. If it wasn't there idea, it is a bad idea. That is until they act like it was theirs at a later date haha.
