      Great Opportunity for young folks willing to work

      Pros

      They care about your ability, not your education. If you're willing to work long hours, getting dirty and dealing with some short-tempered customers you could make a great career at 84. 5 day work week (at our store)

      Cons

      Compensation program is based on base + bonus (for hitting quota). Sometimes you just don't hit quota... When that happens, a co-manager (right below the store manager) winds up making less than $650/week after taxes after working a 55 hour week.

      Sounds Great, Is Not

      Pros

      A large percentage of people that work there are hard working good people.

      Cons

      No professionalism. Very low pay, there are reviews that say you can make 42K but they are pretty far off. While goals are occasionally attainable, they are also consistently adjusted based on previous months. Company strives to save money while blatantly wasting money.

      Pros

      Good people usually a little rough around the edges, if your into that. Younger managers helping to make it not so harsh of an environment. Fun times and good work.

      Cons

      old school mentality. My way or the highway from the older managers. Area managers are unreasonable. But it all comes from up top. The ridiculous goals for AM's and stores puts so much stress on employees.
