Pros
You learn a lot about building a house from the bottom up. You learn about windows, doors, accessories You learn about sales and working with customers. If you sell and persevere, you will make money and there are bonuses available every month. You can get promoted quickly and make more money with hourly wage and bonuses go up as well.
Cons
The warehouse is freezing in the winter and a Sauna in the summertime. Building loads and driving the forklift in the winter is extremely dangerous. You have to work every other Saturday and if you are a co-manager; you may have to work every Saturday. They may want you to re-locate to another store in the same state or another state. Let them know right away if you can or cannot. They will work with you though which is a good thing. You have to work long hours . sometimes 11 hours a day and then weekends can vary. But this does help you make more money as well.
