Gatekeepers.

Managers who actively gatekeep employees. To them, everyone is a future salesman.

Pros

They are patient for you to learn, in several areas, I think they advance in manager trainee position, 401 k healthcare and bonuses. It's a good group of men and women, I think they will train managers with a lot of patience. And can send you all over the country. Even my position, for yardman, there is room for slower advancement, and to move in to yardman manager, for another location. Once you learn all the products, and how the product moves, to keep good rotation of product.

Cons

There dollar sign, is a little low, as I am 57, and cause I closed my locksmith business, and this was first job I took, as a yardman, I went for job at low wage, for my age, a little to low. For someone young, it's more suited for. As far as yard guy,
