      Pros

      This company actually has a little bit of heart left. In a world of corporate America beating employees to death and not giving them any sense that they care about them. 84 actually shows a heart.

      Cons

      Though they show some heart. It quickly goes out the door. The hours you work and the work you do fare out weighs the hourly this company pays. You are the lawn care guy. The janitor. The electrician. And even if you’re on time every day and one time you’re one minute late you will be written up. This company’s management will most likely abuse you and their hr department will act like they care but just pass it on to a manager in your district who’s friend with your manager and it will be swept under the rug.

      Pros

      Industry is secure. Building houses isn't going to stop anytime soon.

      Cons

      Equipment/POS is 20+ years old and a hindrance to getting work done quickly. Wages are pretty low until you're a store manager or successful salesman.
