A ton of them. - promotion opportunities if you work hard. - professional atmosphere. - great people to work with. - no limit to your possibilities of you commit to your goals. - the company teaches you and provides you the tools to succeed. - the training is top notch.

Cons

- none that I can think of unless you don't like a challenge. - great company to work for

Fair great people to work for and a high level of responsibility. I fell like part of a team. Fun place to work

Cons

A lot of responsibility is given and they do a pretty good job of giving guidance to new employees. maybe some additional training or schooling should be offered

Pros

As much overtime as you want in some stores. Most store employees are decent people. There are promotion opportunities if you're willing to move , (mostly out of state).

Cons

Pay is low. No promotions within so more than likely leave the store you've got comfortable in. If there are mistakes they have no problem getting rid of you to not lose a contract. Long hours but you need the long hours to live because the pay is too low.
