Pros
Mostly a great staff to work with. People can get on edge because the job will become stressful at times but there is a good sense of teamwork yet healthy competition within the sales aspect. Great training from people who really care that you understand the material. Management was always helpful at work, not so much when it came to personal matters and some work needed to be missed.
Cons
Long, long, long hours. 12 hour days and 56 -60 hours a week are the norm. Sometimes that can pay off in personal sales bonuses and store bonuses and sometimes it doesn't. A lot has to do with the location you work in.
