      Long hours, management doesn't care and out for there's, understaffed, double standards ( do as I say not as I do)

      Pros

      Built relationships with customers and clients.

      Cons

      Low pay, lots of hours, unethical towards clients and customers, basically work 12 hour day goals aren't realistic with the work load they give you depending on the store. Don't waste your time

      Made friends in the yard.

      Cons

      Have to work at least 60 hours a week to have a mediocre life at best but you don't have time to have a life because you work from 6am-6pm minimum.
