Been with the company for over 5 years and have made a great career for myself thru hard work and smart decisions. I have worked for many companies and this one by far gives you the best opportunities to advance yourself and better your life if your willing to do what they ask of you (which is work hard, and find ways to make your store more profitable/sell) my experience with the company leaves me to believe that any negative reviews for this company are from 3 types of people. 1. Took an hourly menial job hoping to move up without relocating even though they where told that to move up in the company they would have to relocate. 2. Individuals who are either lazy or have a bad attitude and expect to be paid way more than the work they are doing is worth. 3. Someone who just did not perform, Did not follow company procedures, or simply was just not good at their particular job and can not accept that fact. Everything as far as salaries, commission %, hourly rates and bonus structure is an open book within the company. if you took a job paying $10 per hour or on commission then why would you expect to get anything different.

Cons

hourly pay rates, commission %, salaries and bonus structures are non negotiable for the most part so you need to understand that before hand. Everything in the company and industry revolves around sales, so obviously the sales management and sales people have the highest income potential. so if your simply looking for a 9-5 then your income potential will be limited.

Great Company to work for! Work hard and listen to others and you will see the rewards! Team work is key to success as a store.

Cons

The company needs to work better between regions, they need to realize the overall team work of company level instead of just store level.

Pros

Opportunity to learn valuable skills and develop work ethics.

Cons

Must be willing to starve for a few years until you build a client base. Be willing to be called a wuss if you get sick or hurt, be willing to be at the bottom of the toilet until you find a few customers that haven't already been working with other seasoned salesman. Be willing to have customers or jobs taken from you if your client works with other builders that work with other salesman. Unless you have a good manager be willing to be called a turd or lazy because you haven't gotten enough sales even though you have run your vehicle in the ground. Be willing to admit that there are builders out there that are loyal to the competition and be willing to sell them anything you can to get your foot in the door!
