The company offers you the ability to start from the entry level position and work your way to a management position or sales or a career at team headquarters.

I have worked for 84 Lumber for 11 years. 9 years as a manager. I started as a Manager Trainee and worked up the ladder. This is a wonderful company to work for. The owner cares about employees and the communities that we are located in. If you are have the right attitude and a good work ethic you can succeed and go as far as you want. All of the tools are provided to you and opportunities are given to do well. The pay is very competitive for our industry and bonuses can be outstanding. It is not for the lazy or unmotivated though. If you don't want to put in the hours and get dirty then need not apply.
