all the overtime you want, offers part-time and full-time positions, can move up the chain of responsibility

Cons

inventory time you do not have a set time to get off, can work anywhere from 4 in the morning to 9 at night and be back t work 4,5,or 6 in the morning

Pros

If you are in the "good ol' boys club" you can get promoted faster even if you aren't a hard worker.

Cons

Long hours, you can be an excellent worker and they won't do anything to help you succeed,LOW PAY, will find loop holes to not pay you well earned bonuses, you could sell 1 million dollars in one month and instead of upper management congratulating you, they ask why you didn't sell more, constant hiring because turn over is so high and it's not because of promotions, it's because the job is terrible and people end up quitting. If you enjoy spending time with family and friends-working here you will not see them as much for a company who claims to be family oriented.

Some of the employees are great. The office ppl may speak too you An some of the other driver take lunch when u want.

Cons

Long hours and Not good driver pay 60hr week for pennies Seniority wins. Commission Base Senior driver will make all the money. They just treat new drivers bad you will work 50-60hr week for 500-700 bucks ant the senior driver make 1300-1500 easy because he get the jobs they should be equally divided by it paying commission but it's not so beware An supervisor will let u no seniority win at his store u are there to pick up the scraps
