Pros

It is possible to make significant money in production bonuses. If work is slow, they take volunteers to go home early, About once a week. I personally like that it is extremely physical, great for burning calories and staying in shape.

Cons

Management of this site is laughable. There is a great deal of nepotism. Small injuries, cuts, scrapes, bruises, smashed fingers, and banged shins are a daily occurrence.

Pros

The owner Maggie does several generous things for all of her employees.

Cons

It depends on the location people work at and who the Manager is for that location, but some cons are how, when and which employees' hours are reduced along with their overtime revoked. The favoritism and hypocrisy that takes place among the employees is ridiculous and disheartening.
