Thank you for you feedback on opportunities for promotion. It is true that most full time positions are a minimum of 48 hours. All hours over 40 are paid at an overtime rate. No two days are the same which makes the days go faster.

84 Lumber believes in promotion from within. We internally post promotion opportunities and associates are free to apply to any position in the company they feel qualified for. 84 Lumber recently raised the pay for manager trainees. Manager Trainees work a minimum of 48 hours per week so their is overtime pay as well.

If you like being lied to about bonuses and making 11 dollars an hour this job is for you. If you like working 12 hours a day in the cold and sun then this Job is for you. If you like having no work-home balance this job is for you.
