      Absolutely, positively, incredibly, NONE period!

      Cons

      There is zero training but will be yelled at if you don't know what to do. They Do not care about their employees at all! Can't pay their bills or employees properly. Does not tell the truth about anything Laying off people left and right Management is a joke especially the CFO, CEO and Vice President Has gone way downhill since Chuck Mowrey left the company

      Benefits are better than most places.

      Cons

      Insanely high turnover. Difficult to be successful at a place with no training program and next to no processes in place. Very “sink or swim” environment. Incompetent and entitled foreman. Inexperienced fabrication team. Project management inexperienced. No real leadership, just a bunch of titles. No one is given the tools they need to succeed. Toxic environment.
