I never mind the untimely salary payment. But that is the last thing to worry about. The management has 0% care for its employees. They will hire if their client requires more men power. In case, the client is not satisfied 8k miles won't hesitate to fire its employees without a second thought. Many people who joined here believing that the job is permanent .But the reality is they rely purely on their clients. If the contract expires or the employees are out of the project for internal reasons ,the only avaible option is to resign. There is 0% job security. They hire and fire at will(their clients especially). I worked for one of their clients and trust me. I had the worst experience. The managers use to yell like thugs, especially towards contract employees. My former employment was a stable and permanent job.But I trusted these 8k miles people and quit ,then joined here. Also, during the interview, they never mentioned anything about my roles and designation but made false promises .After joining they deployed me to one of their clients. There ,the job they gave is totally different from what i was doing earlier. I used to ask the management about the role which they promised to offer. But they never listen and ignored me. After 8 months of this ordeal,i am getting message from my delivery manager that i was not a part of the project anymore. But he gave assurance that my role is permanent with 8k miles. For 2 months there was no project relevant to my skillset. Then i was invited by the HR manager for a discussion and i learned that i was about to be released from company. My career was almost ruined. But thanks to God,now i am settled well. My advice to the fellow readers was that, never ever join this company even you are so desperate. In case if you do join, you better search for other opportunities while they still have you in project. Also, if you are not careful, they will fool you and not pay your PF money. This company is not worth anyone's time and energy. Plus they do not have any project othet than some minor cloud based dev ops project.
