Pros

Open conversation between leadership and employees Training is really great and you get involved with multiple people right from the beginning really smart people

Cons

a growing company so there is always stuff to work on but I am sure they have their eyes on most stuff

Pros

All together great people. A good range of intellectual diversity and age. The company really works to make sure everyone is comfortable and having fun. Good benefits at the SJ HQ - coffee bar on Tuesdays and free lunch on Wednesdays.

Cons

I think the day-to-day benefits could be a little more up to par with other Silicon Valley. I'd like to see more intra-department socials and just socials in general. We gotta make it fun!
