Pros
I was able to practice my Chinese, improve my customer service and social skills, gain work experience, and learn how to manage my time with school and work.
Cons
I would get weekly schedules and I was never able to schedule plans with friends because it wasn't a set schedule. I worked an average around 32-35 hours a week, which I didn't choose, even though I am a full-time student.
