- Lack of leadership. - People wanted to do a good job there are forced to leave by those whom worked there a long time and only waiting to retired. - Unsafe / dirty working conditions in the market ( if you have to work here) - Very low pay. - Rude coworkers. - Rude customers. - No benefits. - No room to growth unless you are part of the ownership family by blood. - Some of the managers didn’t speak english and hard to communicate. - They didn’t tell you it was 6 work days until you start your job.
