1. You learn new things but with little to no guidance. Management doesn't really know what they are doing. 2. Low Pay 3. Benefit is horrible. Only Dental is covered and a 401k match only happens if you're there for a year. 4. Coworkers always gossip about each other. 5. Raise rarely happens here
