large entity with well establish policies and SOPs to get things done. Colleagues are nice and hard working people.

Cons

get lower-than-the-market salary due to language disadvantage. longer you stay, worse you are treated, because they know you are disconnected with what other companies are doing nowadays and you won't be able to land an same title job outside of the company.
