The customers are nice to me

Cons

They disregard food allergies for me but have me working around what triggers them and I have been sick for days because of the fact. Language barriers are hugely responsible.

People are pleasant to work with, supervisors are usually pretty nice. Good work life balance if you are hourly.

Cons

strict company policies that need to be followed. Some people in the company are passive aggressive. Some coworkers won't be inclusive if you are American born...super hard to fit in if you aren't born in Asia (china).
