Pros
Nice co-workers and somewhat easygoing work environment. Allowed remote work during COVID peak.
Cons
Almost necessary to speak Mandarin Chinese to be able to work with co-workers and when contacting stores. Rare to obtain a raise, and doesn't seem to promote from within. Uses SAP, but no formal training; all On-the-Job and tips from co-workers.
